Commercial insurance teams need verified claims-history documents before they can quote new business. Before this system, only 8.0% of those requests were completing. I mapped the workflow, defined the requirements, led delivery and QA, and drove rollout across sales and operations. Completion reached 39.4%, or 4.9× the original rate.
