Commercial insurance teams need verified claims-history documents before they can quote new business. Before this system, only 8.0% of those requests were completing. I mapped the workflow, built and wrote the platform myself, and drove rollout across sales and operations. Completion reached 39.4%, or 4.9× the original rate.

The system coordinates client signatures, carrier follow-up, incoming emails and attachments, exception review, and CRM updates in one place.

AI handles email and document context. Deterministic rules govern authorization and state changes. Exceptions route to people.
