Loss runs application

Before this system, only 8% of insurance quote requests made it through loss-runs collection. I designed the workflow, set the requirements, led delivery and QA, and rolled it out across sales and operations. Completion reached 39.4%.

The application handles signatures, carrier follow-up, incoming emails and attachments, exception review, and CRM updates in one place.
